We are Herefordshire Parkinson's.
We are here to make the lives of people living in Herefordshire with Parkinson's and their carers better.
We provide mutual support, encouragement and access to a range of helpful things.
Support and Help
We offer:
- Support Groups in Hereford, Ledbury and Leominster.
- A monthly Saturday morning cafe for those of working age
- Local Activities including yoga, exercise, singing, walking tennis & dance
- Conductive Education
- X and Facebook accounts to keep you up to date with the latest findings and various events in the county
- Individual support & advice
- Volunteering and fundraising opportunities
Raising Awareness
We raise awareness of Parkinson’s disease and how it can affect people to help increase understanding, empathy and support by our local communities in Herefordshire.
sPARKS Newsletter
Our editor produces sPARKS, a quarterly newsletter with latest news and events.
This is sent to all our members either in the post or by email depending on their choice.
