Support and Friendship Groups in Herefordshire

Run by volunteers with experience of Parkinson's, our friendly and informal groups welcome anybody living with Parkinson's as well their family members or carers.

They are a chance to meet others affected by Parkinson's and to chat with others in a similar position over a cup of tea. The aims of the groups are to offer advice and information about living with Parkinson's.

Sometimes they may include a presentation by an invited speaker, such as a healthcare professional or complementary therapist.
